Nari Nari Naduma Murari (2026)

Nari Nari Naduma Murari 2026: what the film is

Nari Nari Naduma Murari 2026 is a Telugu romantic comedy directed by Ram Abbaraju and led by Sharwanand. The title is a familiar one for Telugu audiences, borrowed from an older film name, but this is presented as a new story with a modern setting.

The announced premise is light and clear. Goutham and Nithya, both architects, fall in love in Kerala. Nithya's father is a divorce lawyer, a profession that makes him wary of marriage ceremonies, and he gives his consent only for a court wedding. From there, the film is described as turning the couple's plan into a set of complications. The comic engine seems to be that irony, a divorce lawyer overseeing a wedding, and a cast of comic character actors around it.

We have not watched it, so we are not describing how the jokes land; only what it sets up.

Cast and crew

Sharwanand plays Potlakayala Goutham, Sakshi Vaidya plays Vedula Nithya and Samyuktha plays Dia Kakarla. Sampath Raj is credited as the lawyer father, Advocate Vedula Ramalingaiah, with Naresh as Goutham's father, Sunil as a registrar and Vennela Kishore as the lawyer's apprentice. Sree Vishnu is listed in a cameo.

The screenplay is credited to Bhanu Bogavarapu, Nandu Savirigana and Ram Abbaraju. Anil Sunkara and Ramabrahmam Sunkara produce under AK Entertainments and Adventures International, and Vishal Chandrashekhar composed the music, with lyrics by Ramajogayya Sastry. Runtime is listed as 145 minutes with a UA certificate.

Release date and where to watch

The film opened in theatres on 14 January 2026, timed for the Sankranti festival. Amazon Prime Video began streaming it on 4 February 2026, and the platform said it would be available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Language options can differ by account region, so check the title page on Prime Video.

It suits viewers who want a family-friendly romantic comedy with a clean premise, particularly Sharwanand fans and those who enjoy courtroom-flavoured humour.

One more practical point: the Prime Video listing was said to include several languages, which helps viewers outside the Telugu-speaking states, but dubbed versions can change the wordplay that a comedy of this kind depends on. If you can follow Telugu, the original track is the natural first choice.

The setting also deserves a mention: the story is placed in Kerala, which gives a Telugu film an unusual backdrop and room for cultural mix-ups between families. Wikipedia lists the box-office total only as an estimate, so we leave numbers aside and suggest judging the film by whether its wedding-comedy premise interests you.
