Synopsis
Sibi lives with his father Baby on a cardamom estate they look after for their family friend Johnson. Romance stirs in both their lives, and Sibi is also handed the awkward job of helping break surprising wedding news to Johnson's son's parents, without hurting anyone's feelings.
Little Hearts 2024: a Malayalam romantic comedy in brief
Little Hearts 2024 is a Malayalam-language romantic comedy that reached Indian cinemas on 7 June 2024. It was co-directed by Aby Treesa Paul and Anto Jose Pereira from a screenplay by Rajesh Pinnadan, and Sandra Thomas Productions is listed as the production company.
The setup is small-scale and domestic. Sibi and his father, known as Baby, quietly manage a cardamom estate on behalf of a family friend named Johnson. Romance finds both father and son, and Sibi is also asked to help deliver unexpected news about Johnson's son's upcoming wedding to the groom's parents. The description published by the film's own channel says the story is built around three separate love stories, with Sibi, nicknamed 'Simple Sibi' for his knack for sorting out problems, caught in the middle of each.
This page is a preview, not a review: we have not watched the film, so we make no claims about how well the jokes or performances land.
Cast and crew worth knowing
Shane Nigam plays Sibi and Mahima Nambiar plays Sosha. Baburaj appears as Baby, Sibi's father, with Renji Panicker as Johnson. Shine Tom Chacko is listed as Sharon, and the supporting names include Shammi Thilakan, Jaffer Idukki, Ramya Suvi and Maala Parvathi. Kailas Menon is credited for the music.
The father-and-son pairing at the centre is the part the film's own description highlights, describing lively chemistry between Sibi and Baby. If that dynamic works, it should carry the lighter moments between the romantic threads.
For readers who like to know the team: the two directors share the story and direction credit, while the writing credit goes to Rajesh Pinnadan. We have not independently checked further credits beyond what the listings state.
Where to watch Little Hearts free on YouTube
A Malayalam full-movie version is available to watch free on YouTube, uploaded by the channel Sandra Thomas Productions on 16 December 2024. The channel's own description presents the film and lists the same banner as the producer, so it appears to be the production company's channel, though we cannot confirm that beyond what the description says. The upload runs about 133 minutes, while TMDB lists the film at 136 minutes, so small differences between listings are normal.
Our page plays the video only through YouTube's official embedded player and links back to the channel. We do not host or copy the film. All rights belong to their respective owners, and availability can change if the uploader removes, restricts or re-releases the video, so check the channel if the player does not load.
One point of confusion: a different Telugu film also called Little Hearts, released in 2025 and associated with an actor named Mouli, exists. The film described here is the Malayalam 2024 title with Shane Nigam and Mahima Nambiar.
Who will enjoy it, and what to expect
Expect a light, family-centred romantic comedy rather than a heavy drama. The premise leans on awkward conversations, small-town relationships and a hero whose main talent is smoothing things over, which suggests humour built from situations and everyday characters.
If you enjoy Shane Nigam or Mahima Nambiar, or you like ensemble comedies set around a family and its friends, this is a reasonable pick for a relaxed evening. With a runtime over two hours, it asks for some patience.
Because we have not watched it, we cannot tell you whether the three love stories blend smoothly or feel uneven. Watch it yourself and judge on your own taste.
