Suryapet Junction (2025)

Suryapet Junction 2025: a small-budget campus action film

Suryapet Junction 2025 is a Telugu action drama set around engineering students and a hostel, directed by Rajesh Nadendla. It was made by Yoga Lakshmi Art Creations, with Aneel Kumar Katragadda and N Srinivas Rao as producers. This is not a big-star release, and that shapes how it should be approached.

The lead is Eeswar, who also receives the story credit on the crew list of the Wikipedia entry. Naina Sarwar and Abhimanyu Singh are the other names at the top of the cast. Abhimanyu Singh plays Narasimha, the figure at the centre of the political trouble.

We have not watched the film, so this is a pre-watch guide drawn from credits and release records. Nothing here is a judgment of the performances or the writing.

Release date and where to watch

Wikipedia lists a theatrical release on 25 April 2025 and a running time of 120 minutes. The page does not list a certificate, so we are leaving that out.

On streaming, a Reelgood viewing guide says the film arrived on Prime Video India on 15 August 2025. We found no second source for either the date or the platform, and Reelgood's pages are mainly aimed at viewers using VPNs, so treat this as unconfirmed. Searching the title inside the Prime Video app in India is the quickest check.

If you are outside India, availability depends on local licensing and may differ.

Premise, music and the crew

The setup on record: a group of engineering students living in a college hostel are enjoying an easy life when a local power struggle, pushed by a syndicate boss with political ambitions, pulls them into a turbulent period. One viewing guide adds that the film uses action, comedy and commentary on political giveaways, though that description comes from a secondary source.

The dialogues are credited to Rajendra Bharadwaj and Satya Rishi. Roshan Saluri composed the score and three songs, with a special number, Matching Matching, by Gowra Hari. Tips Music released the audio. Chammak Chandra and Chalaki Chanti are listed among the comedy-leaning names in the cast.

What to expect

With a 120-minute runtime and a cast led by lesser-known faces, this is a film to approach as a compact, regional action entertainer rather than a prestige drama. The interesting question is how it balances hostel comedy with the heavier political threat, and we cannot answer that without seeing it.

It may suit viewers who like college-life stories with a message, and those who follow smaller Telugu releases. If you want polished big-budget spectacle, you are likely looking at the wrong title.
