Behind the film: announcement and shoot

Wikipedia reports that the film was announced in August 2023 as Ranjith Sankar's fifteenth feature, with Unni Mukundan as the lead. Mukundan is described as having signed on after the success of his earlier film Malikappuram in 2022, and he later joined Sankar as co-producer. A puja was held at the Thrikkakara temple on 9 November 2023, and filming is said to have started around 11 November in and around Ernakulam.

The soundtrack is reported to have nine tracks, and the listed running time is 125 minutes. Sankar Sharma is credited for both songs and background score, which is worth knowing if you follow how music shapes Malayalam thrillers.

Themes to watch for

The same source describes the hero as a wheelchair user who works as an ethical hacker and dreams of becoming a comic artist.
